Filter medium
Filtrascale high efficiency filter can use many general filter media, we use most about the quartz sand and lapilli. How to choose the filter medium is related to the characteristic of filtrate and water quality we need to reach after filtering. So different filter medium is needed in different application. The next is the different precision medium:
l Lapilli No.1 effective particle size 0.8-1.2mm
l Lapilli No.1 effective particle size 2.0-3.0mm
l silica sand No.0 effective particle size 0.5-0.8mm
l silica sand No.1 effective particle size 0.8-1.2mm
l Anthracite No.2 effective particle size 2.0-3.0mm
Different size and meida will suitable for different application : irrigation application,industrial waste water treatment,drinking water treatment ,etc.
